Creating your Circle
Requirements
What you need to have:
- ✅ Crypto wallet with P2P tokens (equivalent to ~$250)
- ✅ Time available to manage (min. 1-2h/day)
- ✅ Knowledge of the local market
- ✅ Network of contacts (potential merchants)
- ✅ Ability to create/manage a community
Ideal Circle Admin profile:
- Experience with P2P or crypto market
- Good relationships in the community
- Organized and responsible
- Available to solve problems quickly
- Leadership skills
Step by Step
1. Connect your Wallet
- Access the Circle Admin panel
- Connect your wallet (MetaMask, etc.)
- Each wallet can create only 1 Circle
2. Configure your Circle
Fill in the information:

| Circle Name | Something that identifies your region/community |
| Currency | The local currency your merchants will operate in |
| Community Link | Telegram, Discord or WhatsApp group link |
| Auto-approval | Do merchants join automatically? (recommended: NO) |
3. Make the Deposit
- Deposit P2P tokens (minimum ~$250 equivalent)
- The more you deposit, the better your ranking
- The deposit stays locked while the Circle exists
4. Confirm Creation
- Review all information
- Confirm the transaction in your wallet
- Done! Your Circle is ACTIVE
Important Settings
Auto-approval of Merchants
On:
- Merchants join immediately
- Faster, but riskier
- Good if you know everyone personally
Off (recommended):
- You approve each merchant manually
- More control over who joins
- Can verify before accepting
Community Link
Why it's important:
- Merchants will look for help there
- You can make announcements
- Creates sense of community
- Facilitates problem resolution
Tip: Create a Telegram group with clear rules before launching the Circle.
After Creating the Circle
First 24 hours
- Test if everything is working
- Set up the community group
- Prepare welcome materials for merchants
- Invite your first merchants (trusted people)
First week
- Closely monitor the first transactions
- Resolve questions quickly
- Adjust processes as needed
- Collect feedback from merchants
First month
- Establish monitoring routines
- Create FAQ for common questions
- Identify standout merchants
- Evaluate if you need helpers (RBAC)
Delegating Functions (RBAC)
As your Circle grows, you can give permissions to other people to help:
Available permissions

| Approve Merchants | Accept/reject new registrations |
| Resolve Disputes | Decide disputes between user and merchant |
| Blacklist | Ban problematic merchants |
How to configure
- Go to Settings > Access Control
- Add the helper's wallet address
- Select the permissions
- Confirm
Caution
- Only give permissions to people you extremely trust
- You remain responsible for their decisions
- You can revoke permissions at any time
Circle Status
ACTIVE
- Everything working normally
- Receiving orders
- Merchants can operate
INACTIVE
Your Circle becomes inactive if:
- Deposit falls below minimum
- No active merchants
To reactivate:
- Increase the deposit OR
- Recruit at least 1 merchant

Common Mistakes
❌ Accepting any merchant → Be selective at first, quality > quantity
❌ Not having an active community → Telegram group is essential for support
❌ Taking too long to resolve disputes → You get penalized if it takes more than 7 days
❌ Not monitoring merchants → Small problems become big ones if ignored
